Meet Our CrossFit Burritt Built Coaches

Ty

Ty began training at age 4. He is a five-time Junior Olympic Taekwondo Champion, avid Strongman competitor, awarded CrossFit athlete, and current amateur boxer (9-0, 5KO). Ty is a CrossFit L-1 coach with CrossFit Burritt Built. He is also a personal trainer and group fitness trainer with over 1000 hours of training time with clients. A full-time single father and entrepreneur, Ty keeps busy building a legacy for his daughter.

 

Alexa

A CrossFit athlete since she was 15 years old, Alexa's love for CrossFit runs deep. She began coaching at just age 17 and has been competing and playing sports her whole life. She studied Exercise Science and is now studying to become a fire medic. Alexa loves gymnastics and heavy barbells. She most especially enjoys the challenges that gymnastics bring.

 

Jessica

Jessica is a double threat: a licensed Massage Therapist and a L-1 CrossFit trainer. She utilizes her specialty in soft tissue dysfunction and functional movement as a method of improving proper movement patterns in our members. Jessica's attention in this area ensures a safe and effective training environment. She has a passion for weightlifting, the assault bike, and mobility exercises--and she loves sharing her passion with her fellow CrossFitters!

 

Cheryl

Cheryl has been in the fitness world for more than 14 years. She is a four-time CrossFit Games Athlete and a seven-time CrossFit Games Regional Athlete. Her passion can be summed up with three words: MAKE THINGS BETTER! She is passionate about teaching people the benefits of training and nutrition. Her speciality is helping people move, eat, and feel better. Coach Cheryl prides herself on develop programs that are specific to the goals of each person.
